Hello! I'm Aly, and I have been a student of yoga for more than 20 years. Fun fact: my first yoga classes were taken at Hatha IntegraI Yoga in New York City:

my mom and I would attend class together and eat Chinese takeout afterwards. I am now a transplant to New Orleans, where I live with my partner and 2 daughters. I work as a family nurse practioner curently in the field of women's health. I love movement and dance and look forward to nourishing my mind and body through this program.
