Yoga & Ritual

Our weekly yoga classes and monthly circles are focused on wisdom traditions, rhythm, and somatic attention. Each one is an opportunity to create spaciousness, skilled awareness, heart awakening and journeying deep into the Sacred Feminine.

YOGA

- Evening Flow -

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

Get you back in your body and breath after whatever your day has brought you. We will flow and we will find stillness.

 

- Women's Practice -

Fridays, 9:30 - 10:45 am

In this women’s class we will have the opportunity to explore movement practices that support our natural cycles. We will practice in the womb of community and self-inquiry.

 

This supportive class will be a time

to explore various topics

related to our unique bodies, hearts

and minds, deeply embedded

in the Divine Feminine consciousness.


All women and womxn identified people are welcome, as well as all levels of practice.

Please have 2 blocks and a strap.

MOON CIRCLES

- Full Moon Singing Circle -

with Keely Angel

Singing together is in our bones. Singing under the Full Moon magnifies the energy.

 

Full Moon Song circle is an opportunity to come together in the community, learn songs, share songs, and express ourselves.

 

Keely will guide the circle, and others will be given the chance to guide if desired.

- New Moon Circle -

with Deborah Bagg & Guests

Join Deborah and guest teachers on these sacred cycles, where we will gather on the New Moon to explore its particular teachings for the night and their relationship to our unique personal and collective processes.

These circles will be an enriching opportunity to connect with yourself and your community and settle in our bodies and spirits, under the guidance of the Moon. Expect movement, meditation and ritual.

- Slow Flow -

Mondays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

 

This open level class builds on the basics, weaving dynamic asanas,
more complex shapes, longer holds and inversions.

There will be a steady pace giving you an opportunity to explore a range of movements in intelligently sequenced formats.
