Calling all healers, doulas, coaches, and integrative practitioners seeking embodied tools to support clients with trauma-informed care. Our healing work often brings up expressed and unexpressed trauma that can trigger fear, resistance, and dissociation in our clients and in ourselves. Learning to recognize, hold space, and resource ourselves in our body is essential to the effectiveness and longevity of our practice. In this course, we will provide a clinical perspective on trauma and trauma treatment, how to hold mutually supportive boundaries while in deep relationships with clients, and concrete skills to address the sessions when your client’s emotional material pushes you out of your own comfort zone.
