A Sanctuary of Connection: tend to the longing for belonging

Join Kimberly Ann Johnson and Deborah for an upstate New York Women's retreat. 

You are invited to gather in connection to your body, to other bodies, and the body of the earth. This retreat will be an exploration of practices, ways to be present and curious about yourself and the world around you. We will explore somatics and themes of relationships, with ourselves and each other. You can expect to be fed, to be seen, to be heard, and to be moved.

Yoga, movement, dance, touch, laughter, singing, being together and a work project on the land will all be part of our experience.

The Watershed Center is located on a 73-acre farm adjacent to hundreds of acres of state forest, two-hours north of New York City in Millerton, New York. With 19th century farmhouses, post-and-beam barns, a 30-foot yurt, swim lake, hiking trails, waterfalls, and a beautiful organic farm where our food will be sourced from.

*All participants must be vaccinated, tested 48 hours prior to the retreat, and bring a rapid test with you.
