Learning to recognize, hold space, and resource ourselves in our body is essential to the effectiveness and longevity of our practice. In this course, we will provide a clinical perspective on trauma and trauma treatment, how to hold mutually supportive boundaries while in deep relationships with clients, and concrete skills to address the sessions when your client’s emotional material pushes you out of your own comfort zone.
What to expect:
*Clinical perspective on trauma and trauma treatment
*Concrete skills and reparative responses *Secondary trauma and self-care
