Calling all healers, doulas, coaches, and integrative practitioners seeking embodied tools to support clients with trauma-informed care.
Our healing work often brings up expressed and unexpressed trauma that can trigger fear, resistance, and dissociation in our clients and in ourselves. Learning to recognize, hold space, and resource ourselves in our body is essential to the effectiveness and longevity of our practice. In this course, we will provide a clinical perspective on trauma and trauma treatment, how to hold mutually supportive boundaries while in deep relationships with clients, and concrete skills to address the sessions when your client’s emotional material pushes you out of your own comfort zone.

This course will help guide you in both a clinical and psycho-spiritual perspective on how to hold space when leading groups. You will gain a deeper understanding on group theory and process. You will dive into essential topics such as: Working with resistance, cohesion, subtlety and transference.
Whether you are teaching yoga, breathwork, women's circle groups or any other creative group in person or on zoom, this series will provide you with embodied and clear tools to hold space for yourself and others.
