We will meet virtually on Zoom and provide all participants with a link to join the session. This comprehensive weekend series an intimate and interactive class filled with discussion, experiential exercises, massage techniques, and selected short videos. After this series, you will know optimal care in childbirth and feel confident about:

Meet Morgane:
I have supported families in hospitals, birthing centers and at home births throughout NYC and, have experience with high-risk pregnancies, multiples, vaginal birth after cesarean (VBAC), and breech presentation. I am certified with the American Red Cross in Adult/Child/Infant CPR and received my DONA training from Debra Pascali-Bonaro. I have also studied under Ina May Gaskin and the midwives at The Farm in Tennessee as well as with Penny Simkin and Gena Kirby.
NEW PARENT SUPPORT GROUP - ONLINE
Erynn Sosinski & Sonia Reiter
The first months of parenthood are magical and intense. They can also be very isolating. This group will give you the space and time to come together with other new parents to give and receive support. We will explore the emotional and physical changes you are going through as a parent. In addition to having time for open discussion, each meeting will include a special topic. The Tuesday group will be led by mom, licensed clinical social worker, Tarot reader and group facilitator, Erynn Sosinski. Thursday's group will be led by mom, prenatal yoga teacher and occupational therapist with focus in pelvic floor rehabilitation, Sonia Reiter. We will meet online through Zoom and provide instructions for how to participate in the virtual group.
Babies are welcome and encouraged to attend with their parent! This group is geared toward primary caretakers of any identity caring for babies from birth to fourth months. If you have any questions if the group is appropriate for you, please contact info@loveisjuniper.com

OUR BIRTH DOULAS
Whether you choose to birth at home, a birthing center or in a hospital, work with midwives or doctors, our birth doulas are here to nurture you throughout the journey and offer resources so that you feel informed and empowered in your choices. Offering continuous non-judgemental labor support, comforts techniques and care, our birth doulas serve as a grounding presence for you and your partner throughout your birth experience. At Juniper we truly believe having a birth doula by your side can have a profound impact on both your and your partner’s experience
OUR POSTPARTUM DOULAS
Postpartum doulas offer a wide-range of support to nurture your family through the early weeks and months of parenthood. In addition to newborn education and basic postpartum support, Juniper doulas possess a wide range of other holistic and perinatal knowledge and have trainings in various supportive modalities. Some of our postpartum doulas are Certified Lactation Counselors (CLC), providing essential lactation education and support in the early weeks. Others offer cooking support, breath and massage work and gentle postpartum yoga and or mindfulness techniques to keep you centered during this incredible time.

Birth doula packages are booked in advance and include two prenatal visits, continuous labor support and one postpartum visit.

Postpartum packages are customized to your needs and visits vary in frequency and duration. While we encourage those interested in postpartum doula support to also book in advance, please also be in touch if you are in need of support and your baby has already arrived.
