OUR POSTPARTUM DOULAS
Postpartum doulas offer a wide-range of support to nurture your family through the early weeks and months of parenthood. In addition to newborn education and basic postpartum support, Juniper doulas possess a wide range of other holistic and perinatal knowledge and have trainings in various supportive modalities. Some of our postpartum doulas are Certified Lactation Counselors (CLC), providing essential lactation education and support in the early weeks. Others offer cooking support, breath and massage work and gentle postpartum yoga and or mindfulness techniques to keep you centered during this incredible time.
Birth doula packages are booked in advance and include two prenatal visits, continuous labor support and one postpartum visit.
Postpartum packages are customized to your needs and visits vary in frequency and duration. While we encourage those interested in postpartum doula support to also book in advance, please also be in touch if you are in need of support and your baby has already arrived.
